The spokesman for Progress and Democracy Union in the city of Murcia, Juan Ruben Serna, says the future Law on Transparency in the Region of Murcia "is an opportunity to provide both regional and local administrations of appropriate instruments to strengthen the right citizens access to information held by public institutions. "

Serna made these remarks in his speech at the roundtable 'Future autonomic regulation on transparency and access to information in Murcia regional public sector', framed within the forum SICARM 2013 (XIII Annual Forum of the Information Society Region of Murcia) for administrative transparency and the 'open data' in the public sector.
