The Mayor, Miguel Ángel Cámara, in his capacity as president of the Network of Cities for Cycling, today received the Gold Medal with yellow ribbon awarded by the General Council of Official Colleges of Administrative Managers, led by Alfonso López Lluzar Briñas.
The distinction is motivated by the cooperation agreement between the two organizations whereby managers who wish may become "validators" of biciregistro, through which bike owners have a system that gives them security against any theft and before the consequences arising from civil liability.
This agreement recognizes the work of the managers in their specialized function and administrative procedures with a special public vocation.
Also received the distinction House today is a recognition of the measures promoted by cities to promote sustainable mobility, among otas performances by the commitment to the promotion of cycling.
In the act of taxation on gold have been present, besides the President of the General Council of Administrative Managers of Spain, Alfonso Lluzar Lopez Briñas, and members of the executive, the president of the Association of Managers of the Region of Murcia and their counterparts in Aragon and La Rioja, Castilla y Leon, Navarra and Madrid, who have wanted to join the event.
