A new road will ease traffic in the northern part of the municipality (27/11/2013)

The works will involve no cost to the City Council and which have been financed by the commercial park Thader

A new road will ease traffic in the northern part of town.

The Governing Board has given its approval to the project this morning to open the road already built but not completed is located off Ikea store.

As well as being a solution to the traffic density in this area, the operation of this bridge will not incur any costs to the City and that the works will be contracted and funded Thader retail park and the land has been given free .

The Owners of Commercial Thader Urbamusa Park has commissioned the writing of this project to provide a new road link to the shopping area.

With this new connection will ensure greater functionality and flow of traffic in and out to the north.

This will start operating an existing viaduct over the Don Juan de Borbón Avenue (which currently only serves a particular way), so that will be connected to the North Coast Structuring Axis already in service.

Much of the infrastructure is already executed, so it is only necessary to extend the existing road approximately 75 meters to connect to the high-capacity road.

According to forecasts, the viaduct will be available for the Christmas season.

The Owners want this new road, which will only outlet shopping center, to be used as a preferred way for users to leave the premises, and that connecting with the North Coast (vial large capacity) is secured both the traffic flow as mobility in any direction.

From the North Coast is accessible not only to the city center (via Avenida Juan Carlos I), but towards the A-7 (Andalusia and Alicante) and A-30 (Cartagena, Albacete and Madrid).

As an infrastructure for the public use the City Council must examine the technical project to prove their suitability to proceed to approval and thereafter monitor the execution of the works, but since the cost of the work will be funded entirely by the Community Owners of Commercial Park Thader not involve any payment from the City.

The proposed road link has an undoubted public interest by improving access solutions and free shot to one of the shopping areas in the municipality with the highest number of visitors.
