IU-Green has filed a motion in Parliament of the municipal board of The Infante to create a platform for exchange of textbooks, in order to facilitate access to them by families.
For training, the exchange encourages citizen participation, sustainability, solidarity, community spirit and respect for the environment, while queconstituye a system to alleviate the "battered" domestic economy.
IU spokesman, said joint Greens, Jose Daniel Mirror, indicated that families need help to cope with the start of the school "have increasingly less", since the items to subsidize these purchases have reduced "dramatically".
In this regard, he recalled that the provision of aid for the purchase of textbooks has dropped by 50 percent in the past two years.
It has also indicated that the average expenditure per pupil back to school is 180 euros in public education, 200 in the concerted and 240 in private, according to the Federation of Independent Consumers users.
