The group of Science and Food Technology of the University of Murcia organizes from 10 to 12 September, the course of the Universidad del Mar "Learning and Eating", which seeks to highlight innovations in science and cooking in the field of restoration and health.
The course, which takes place in the hotel Playasol Puerto de Mazarrón, with the participation of renowned chefs such as Paul Gonzalez-Conejero (Michelin star), Firo Vázquez (edible paper specialist), Sergio Martinez (Tapería Keki restaurant), Evarist Miralles (Restaurant Bocuse d'Or) and David Lopez (Lid).
The final day of the course will be devoted to cocktails, hand Sergi Mediavilla, and pastry, with Jose Luis Selvi and Andrew Marble, which will be a workshop in which the students can try and work the chocolate.
Also participating members of the scientific community (University of Murcia, Universidad Politécnica de Valencia, Zaragoza University, School of Hotel Fleet, Tourism Qualification Centre) and industry leaders in the Region of Murcia (García Carrión, El Pozo Palancares-Food, The Quijales).
