La Virgen de la Huerta, patron saint of the village of Murcia Los Ramos, has since last Saturday with a new garment in her trousseau, donating a Valencian family, along with a small silver ewer for liturgical use.

The bishop of the Diocese of Cartagena, Bishop Jose Manuel Lorca Planes, blessed this past Saturday night this new mantle to end a concert of sacred music, singing and organ, which took place in the chapel of Our Lady of la Huerta.

During the concert, soprano Natalia Cabrera and Maria Lourdes organists Repetto and Carlos Rafael Perez, played pieces by Handel, Bach, Pachelbel and Mozart.
