Once the taxi arrived, the Meritorious patrol could see how his driver got the vehicle with clear signs of being under the influence of substances incompatible with driving, as it walked haltingly, suffered some setbacks and gave off a strong odor of alcohol on his breath, and he was subjected to the mandatory alcohol testing, which yielded a result of 0.78 milligrams of alcohol per liter of exhaled air, when the maximum allowable limit for commercial drivers is 0.15 mg / l.
