The Socialist councilor Susana Hernandez claims that citizens are paying districts especially PP cuts.

Explains the PSOE mayor, "it is unacceptable that citizens who pay taxes districts like downtown, encountering this total disregard by the City".
And, continues Susana Hernandez, the feeling of gloom and insecurity is total for the residents of El Palmar are afraid to cross the park at certain times it has almost all its streetlights off.
