The vice president of the General Council of the Judiciary (GCJ), Fernando de Rosa, has spoken today in the University of Murcia to the controversy surrounding the militancy in the PP President of the Constitutional Court, Francisco Pérez de los Cobos, and has said it is a matter that "affects their private life."
De Rosa has said that charges as Perez de los Cobos "in principle have to be away from the political arena," but it is "a problem of the private sphere" of President of TC that "trust is the best fix way possible. "
The senior member of GGPJ was speaking at the Rector of the University of Murcia, where he signed with the rector, José Antonio Cobacho, a convention for the students of the School of Legal Practice this educational institution can do in court practices and tried.
Fernando de Rosa has also made mention of the reform of the judicial system, to remember that so far is only an expert study that will be translated into a draft bill to see what the will of the Ministry of Justice.
In this regard, he referred to the report compiled by the GCJ in calling "keep some judicial districts and reduce others to make possible what exists today", but clarified that the reduction in the region does not have to affect those judicial farther away from the city of Murcia.
The signing ceremony was attended by the President of the Supreme Court of the Region of Murcia, Juan Martínez Moya, the director and the secretary of the School, Fernando Jimenez and Julio Conde Siguenza, respectively, the dean of the Faculty of Law, Faustino Cava, and other representatives of judiciary, as the deans of the Bar Associations of Murcia and Lorca.
