The House urges the Traffic Department to incorporate no mandatory helmet use for cyclists in the new regulation (21/03/2013)

The Councillor for the Environment, Adela Martinez-Cachá, discussed this morning in plenary in March a joint motion of all political groups to urge the Traffic Department that "in the amendment that is drafting the new regulation General traffic flow does not include the mandatory helmet use in urban cycling ".
