Traditional recipes of sweets Murcia.
This is the content of the book presented this morning and is titled: "My recipes. Sweets Christmas" Remedios Pedreño Castillo.
The cooperative and voluntary FADE Foundation, Remedios Pedreño Castillo, has written a book with traditional recipes from Christmas cakes of Murcia.
The publication features recipes such as sweet rolls anise, mantecaos Murcia, pastries, donuts ... traditions, and includes some of the tricks of the recipes presented.
The book, which has been published by the time 300 copies, will be available at a price of 10 euros.
All money raised will go towards the maintenance and development of volunteer projects and integration of women.
The books may be purchased at the Information Point will be installed in the Plaza de Santo Domingo, in the pharmacy of San Anton and the Barber Reme.
