The program of activities for the Spring Festival this year includes, among its novelties, the first test of Stand Up Paddle city of Spain, which will take place on April 15, on the Segura River as it passes through the capital of Murcia.

Murcia will be the first Spanish city to host such a test on a stretch of urban river, so the council will support the event by including it in the Spring Festival program 2012.
It will last one day, specifically the next Sunday, April 15.
Classification of event: National Circuit Test SUP (Spanish Surf Federation).
The main objectives of that event are: Promotion of SUP river Segura in Murcia, show the possibilities of SUP (rivers, lake, coast, waves) and convey the idea of ​​urban and environmental quality of the city.
