Students in Initial Vocational Training Program Course Kitchen Auxiliary Services of the Department of Employment have prepared a buffet lunch to give entrepreneurs know their work.
Councilman Employment, Trade and Enterprise, José María Tortosa Martinez has participated in the demonstration by the Director General of Vocational Training and Adult Education, Maria Begoña Iniesta, and entrepreneurs in the municipality of Murcia professional sectors in which the program is training students.
The City Council wants to introduce the business world the supply of training that takes place in the municipal training centers and the possibility that these students can do practical work to complete their training and have access to a job.
The tasting consists of dishes made with local produce and seasonal as-flower salad with goat cheese, artichokes strawberry vinaigrette, cheese and fruit mimosa, croquettes of ham and cheese balls, chicken skewers paprika, pork tenderloin with onion marmalade, sandwiches of ham with quail eggs and fruit for dessert, strawberry couli and chocolate brownie.
The initial vocational training programs are aimed at young people aged 16 to 20 years who have left compulsory secondary education without obtaining qualification.
The City of Murcia is forming from November to 154 youth in the municipality, as the operators and assistants in 9 profiles: Welding and metal buildings, electricity and communications, cooking, hairdressing, beauty, trade and storage, plumbing, air conditioning and vehicle maintenance.
In July, students will perform 150 hours of work experience in companies in the municipality of Murcia, with which the City will sign cooperation agreements.
