The City Council wants local police Murcia are specialists working against noise pollution.
Thus, collaboration between the Department of Safety and Human Resources and the Environment has allowed to organize a course in which different experts will explain to stakeholders how to deal with the chaos in which it exceeds the noise levels.
Thus, the aim is to train agents and local police commanders from Murcia to perform corrective and preventive inspections of noise pollution in public places, public places such inspections and sustain the proper treatment of administrative records penalties and, where appropriate, criminal complaints regarding violations of the regulations in force in the field.
The course, which will take place next week on 26, 28 and 30, have both practical and theoretical content.
We have selected a total of 23 players, the entire ecological patrol (7) and volunteers on each shift and services (including the following controls: 1 Sergeant and 4 Cabos, several services).
Class will be taught in various academic subjects according to the following program:

All practical training will be given by Antonio J.
Jara Hernandez (Chief of the Technical Inspection Activities of the Department of Industrial Engineering), beginning the week of the course.
There are two theoretical parts.
The first will address the following subjects:
-Using the sound level meter and calibrator.
-Setting the sound level meter.
-Measurement of noise levels per City Ordinance on Protection Against Environmental Noise and Vibration Emission, and Royal Decree 1367/2007 of 19 October, which implements Law 37/2003 of 17 November, Noise.
-Transmission of data recorded on the meter, the BZ-5503 software application from Bruel & Kjaer.
-Sending sound files stored on your computer via e-mail and other computer media.
The second part will allow agents to perform transmission measurements of noise levels previously scheduled in a particular activity on the street.
