The First Workshop on preparation techniques meatloaf get a hundred requests a week (23/03/2012)

The workshop will begin next Monday at the Training Center of El Palmar.

The large number of interested forces to divide the course into three groups.

The First Workshop on preparation techniques, historical meatloaf has become a hit even before its inception.

For about a hundred of Murcia have expressed interest in learning the method of preparation of one of the characteristic dishes of the city of Murcia.

In just one week of their call and until yesterday, had received 98 requests.

The first workshop Meat Cake has been promoted by the Department of Employment, led by José María Tortosa, and the Association of Friends of Meat Loaf.

Registration is free and is called as a novel alternative for unemployed youth of the municipality and, above all, for anyone who is interested in Murcia area.

The course is held over three days next week (Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday) and will be attended by a hundred participants, which will be divided into groups of about 30 people to facilitate the workshop.

Begin at 17.00 and end at 21.00.

The venue for this workshop is the Center of Training and Employment Initiatives of El Palmar (CFIE), located next to Mercamurcia facilities.

The course will be taught by different pastry chefs of the city, to be determined by the Regional Association of Employers of Pastry Murcia.

Participants will be free with all materials necessary to prepare the meat pies and discover all its production processes, from preparation of the dough and filling to be fired, including the remote leaf removal technique that allows preparing the characteristic spiral pastry lid.
