Four people arrested in a police operation against fraud in the regularization of immigrants (14/03/2012)

Agents of the Police Headquarters of Murcia Provincial Brigade belonging to the Aliens and Borders have broken up an organized group dedicated to the issuance and sale of false work contracts and documents devoted to the regularization of foreign fraudulent.

The investigations began in November last year, following the detection of a number of indications of forgery documents filed with the Aliens Office of Murcia along with the corresponding applications for residence and work permits.

After making the necessary arrangements, it was found that these documents, mostly labor contracts and certificates of the tax, had its origins in a company devoid of activity based in Ceuta (Murcia).

These documents were prepared by the members of a criminal plot, which charged different amounts of money for these false documents intended to be presented to the administrative offices for processing residence and work permits.

Having identified the perpetrators of the plot, during the last week carried out the arrest of four people, two of them Moroccan nationals and two Spanish, who were responsible for material misrepresentation of documents, attracting customers and the distribution of false documents between them.

The forged documents were sold for amounts ranging between 1600 and two thousand euros to foreign nationals in order to allow them to carry out administrative procedures designed to obtain their regularization in our country.

To all of them are charged with crimes of fraud and forgery.

All detainees have been released to the magistrate for acting as Guard of Murcia.
