A new approach to unemployed youth workshop preparation techniques of historical meatloaf (13/03/2012)

Also open to all interested in Murcia know the secrets of this gem of Murcia gastronomy.

The course will be taught by pastry chefs and will be held in the evenings, in two days.

Learn a trade, maintaining a historical tradition, recover original recipes or simply have a good time.

Any of these proposals I find response in the Meat Cake Workshop, sponsored by the Department of Employment, led by José María Tortosa, and the Association of Friends of Meat Loaf

The workshop, in priority, aims to provide a novel alternative for young unemployed in the town who want to know the techniques of preparing one of the traditional delicacies in the city of Murcia.

However, the course is open to anyone who is interested in Murcia area and want to know the basics of pastry.

The first course will be taught by different pastry chefs of the city, to be determined by the Regional Association of Employers of Pastry Murcia.

It is expected that the conclusion of the workshop takes place in the evenings, to facilitate access to a greater number of stakeholders.

The dates will be closed when receiving applications for admission.

Participants will be free with all materials necessary to prepare the meat pies and discover all its production processes, from preparation of the dough and filling to be fired, including the remote leaf removal technique that allows preparing the characteristic spiral pastry lid.
