Teatro Circo Murcia hosts the premiere of Reflections of Tradition, a show that presents a new way of looking at music and dance (06/03/2012)

The performance will take place on March 14, at 21 am

Murcia Circus Theatre continues its goal of providing innovative programming, current and different.

An example of this commitment is the presentation of the show "Reflections of Tradition", a work that is in the hands of the whole ballet Murcia Azarbe and Shades.

Undoubtedly this is a new show because it is a new project that merges diversity encompassing broad-ranging dance Spanish dance, with reference to the traditional rhythms and melodies.

Shades Azarbe and venture into an innovative hybrid project, which shows a montage focused on traditional music, linked to different styles of Spanish dance such as flamenco and stylized dance.

And taking also are based on folklore, and the group Azarbe Shades, embodied a wonderful combination of rhythmic footwork and castanets, along with guitar chords, the melody of the violin, bass depth or brightness of the percussion.

"REFLECTIONS OF TRADITION is the implementation of an illusion, a way of projecting the vision of dance through folk music, showing in its broadest aspect the wonderful mixture of feelings and emotions that inspire movement.

This project provides a new way of seeing and understanding dance and music.

Both together, cross the barrier of time and enable this experience and enjoy a reflection of culture, under traditional songs and lyrics that inspire new choreography.

This is fusion, addition, mixing, flashing reflections towards a show that reaches a climax of feeling full.

Azarbe began its journey as a group of inspired folk-music popular Spanish Southeast, crews.

The group was created in 1999, and in a first stage attempts to revitalize the traditional styles of the area with his first album "Watercolor of my earth."

Currently, the group is presenting Murcia his latest CD, "I come from the pilgrimage."

It has the artistic production of Constantine Lopez, and is certainly more professional work of his career.

Shades dance group is led by Paqui Mateos, a Murcian degree in Pedagogy and Professional Degree degree in Spanish Dance from the Conservatory of Dramatic Arts and Dance of Murcia.

His experience is extensive in time, being part of the "Ballet Entredanzas" directed by Nuria Aparicio since 1996.

With it has made several international tours and premieres of several shows, highlighting the next to perform in the Auditorium and Congress Center of Murcia, entitled "Aires Buenos Aires."
