National Police agents in Murcia have seized more than 20,000 counterfeit CDs and DVDs in an operation that has allowed to break up a network dedicated to the production and distribution of films and music "pirates."
Seven people have been stopped and searched five houses used as residence, place of recording, storage point or "supermarket" for distribution.
13 towers with a total of 144 recording units worked tirelessly 24 hours.
Investigators have arrested the different steps that made up the organization, starting with the leaders who ran the entire process.
These specialized activities ranged from production through CD and DVD-continuously working 24/24- to logistics and supply in the accommodation which controlled the organization and ultimately its distribution in the streets.
Highlights the fact that recently released movies and still running and had been falsified and prepared for sale illegal.
The organization had five houses to which they gave different uses depending on requirements: floor residence and small storage, local stories and recording CDs and DVDs, printing and preparation of the covers, or large storage floors where piled tens of thousands of copies and where, as in a "supermarket", was offered the product sellers from other provinces and also the final distributor in the street.

Fake clothes that mimicked various trademarks
The operation was carried out by agents of the Central UDEV the Commissioner General of the Judicial Police and Crime Technology Group of the Provincial Brigade of the Judicial Police of Murcia, who have enjoyed the cooperation of the Provincial Public Security Brigade of Murcia.
