Group Unión Progreso y Democracia Municipal Hall in the capital yesterday sent a letter to the mayor requesting input camera and inspection of rehabilitation work on the Teatro Romea.
For Councilman Ruben Serna UPyD Speaker, "obscurantism with which the works are underway to rehabilitate the Teatro Romea by Mr. House is a reflection of its policy of lack of transparency and information to citizens of the municipality of Murcia".
In that sense, Progress and Democracy Union has requested a comprehensive report to the Mayor about the situation they are in the reforms and their completion time.
According to Serna, "it is necessary that the Murcia know in detail the status of one of our landmark buildings, and if not report their status the Popular Party, so will we."
It also urges the forming magenta Community President Ramón Luis Valcárcel and the Chief Cruz to demand the mayor camera solution to this problem affecting cultural policy and tourism throughout the Region of Murcia.
Union for Progress and Democracy is a clear contradiction between cultural tourism policy and announcing with great fanfare the PP-based Promotion Plan and actually does, far from an attractive product for the citizens.
