Trade boosts the activity of the food market by providing them with better lighting (16/08/2011)

The work, which will be invested 83,000 euros, will be taken from September

The Department of Employment, Trade and Enterprise, led by José María Tortosa, to tender this September, by consensus with the Merchants Plaza, the project of adapting and improving lighting Food Market of Murcia, with a budget of 83,000 euros.

One of the objectives of the government team is to promote the activities of the municipality Supplies spaces, so they will give better lighting to make them more attractive while reducing electrical costs.

The council held a meeting with representatives of the Federation of Municipal Markets of Murcia to tackle this project, to be held under the Programme of Development and Commercial Revitalization approved by the Ministry of Universities, Business and Innovation Autonomous Region.

The aim is to improve the lighting of public areas and energy efficiency in all markets Supplies (Verona, Saavedra Fajardo, Vistabella, El Carmen, San Andres, La Alberca, and Cabeza de Torres Espinardo) for proper illumination with lower power consumption.
