Herguedas Town Planning belies their claims about the Partial Plan Fuensanta (03/08/2011)

The spokesperson for the IU-Greens in the city of Murcia has today advised the new Town Planning Councillor, Juan Antonio Barnabas before talking about a partial plan to study it, so do not pour false information about a reality that many people Murcia know though that the city has not been characterized in this thread for information transparency.

Herguedas has begun recalling that the Partial Plan provides for the construction of 35 buildings on both sides of the road, not one as claimed by the council, putting the lowest height, type single family home in the area closest to the southern coastal and the most up-four-and five plants at the foot of the Fuensanta, so it builds a real screen that severely affect the landscape of the area.

Continued IU-Greens spokesman stating that it is true that you create a garden in the most próximjo the sanctuary, the garden will be surrounded by buildings and that this partial plan is necessary to add another in the area bordering on Algezares and that adds another 800 homes.

"From IU-Greens do not understand that this serves to protect the sanctuary, unless for protection is understood to surround a wall of buildings that will prevent your eyes from the road," he pointed Herguedas.

Finally the mayor said that is not true that there has been no public opposition at the stage because of allegations to the General Plan of Murcia said on developable land as was claimed at least part of the United Left and the Neighborhood Association Algezares in the sense of preserving the environment free of developments.

As for the Partial Plan, was unable to receive allegations as these occur in the public information period that opens after the initial approval and this partial plan has jumped the initial approval process in a clear attitude of the government team People's Party to deprive citizens of their right to information and participation in urban planning.

This breach of the Act in processing is one of the reasons why the plan has been appealed in court.

Claims and therefore there has been public opposition and every moment it has been possible to exercise it.
