Its members shall be four councilors PP, PSOE 1, 1 and 1 UPyD IU.
For its part, the Special Committee on Socio-Economic Development shall study functions and proposals for strategic plans and projects and the development of Murcia, with special emphasis on the promotion of economic activity, innovation and employment.
Will consist of 5 Councillors PP, PSOE 2, 1 and 1 UPyD IU.
Its implementation responds to the Mayor's priority to create the conditions needed to create jobs and boost economic activity in this term.
This new body will work in the field of strategic plans and projects, economic development, the proposed innovation, and so on.
Both special commissions are added to two other existing such as the Auditor and the Suggestions and Complaints.
Also, the City will continue to hold regular plenary sessions the last Thursday of the month, according to the resolution adopted today by the four municipal groups.
It has also been given the green light to the approval of two commissions, one of ordinary plenary Culture, Decentralization and Social Affairs and other so-called "Sustainability, Planning and General Affairs" - composed of 9 representatives of the Popular Party, 3 of the PSOE, 1 IU and 1 UPyD.
