Junior Villagómez Melgar, PhD student at the School of Informatics, University of Murcia, and Thomas Franco, a former student of the Faculty of Economics and Business, have developed a search engine that aims to compete with Google and other major search engines.
Dubbed "Ipiari Search" displays the results visually, so that minimizes the search time and facilitates navigation by conventional and computer touch screens and mobile devices.
Ipiari Search, whose results can be shared on social networks like Facebook and Twitter, it also allows you to search Youtube and contains a translator with more than 50 languages.
The form will be presented tomorrow, Friday 8, the mayor of Murcia, Miguel Angel House, headquarters of the CROEM, at 18:30.
Junior leads the Mozilla Community Villagómez Bolivia, where he developed the popular package translation into Spanish Bolivian Firefox browser, while Franco was Thomas Young Entrepreneur Award Entrepreneur of the CROEM and Development Agency and the Award for Best Enterprise Project issued by the Municipality of Murcia.
