The Governing Board of the City of Murcia has given the green light to the draft regulations for personal files, which lead to the creation, modification or deletion of files of personal data and their inclusion in the case of the Town Hall in the Register of the National Agency for Data Protection, which unite to try and collect the data properly, provide rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition as well as approve and implement the necessary security measures and safety document concerned.
Thus, computer files by the regulations comply with the security measures laid down in legislation.
It should be noted that Law 15/1999 of 13 December on the Protection of Personal Data provides a set of measures to ensure and protect the fundamental right to informational self-determination or the right to autodispisición of personal information.
This right is guaranteed by imposing certain obligations to organizations that handle personal data, particularly those in government.
