Murcia now demands that responsibilities be clarified on what happened at the Ramón Gaya Museum, that the TPN be drawn up and the public employment offer be convened (25/01/2018)

Alicia Morales has expressed that "we want the ordeal the Museum workers are going through, we owe it to them, and we owe them a great apology and our deepest gratitude."

The spokeswoman of the group has indicated that in the municipal plenary session celebrated this morning that "the City is generating the same situations that are declared illegal in the subcontracting of personnel in different services".

The municipal training has reproached the mayor Ballesta to remain in the policy of "I do not know", it seems that "here nobody saw anything, nobody said anything, nobody noticed anything, and everyone throws the ball to each other" .

Now Murcia has demanded today in the municipal Plenary held in the City of Murcia to purify responsibilities on the situation that the PP has been generating in the Ramón Gaya Museum with the situation of its staff and workers of companies hired for services of the same.

Alicia Morales, spokesperson of the municipal training, has urged the municipal government to develop, without further delay, the list of jobs in the museum, and thus enable the call for the necessary offer of public employment to definitively regularize the situation that the PP has been generating over time in this museum.

The councilor affirmed that "we want that the ordeal the Museum workers are going through is over, we owe it to them, and we owe them a great apology and our deepest gratitude."

Alicia Morales recalled that the recent opinion of the Legal Council of the Region of Murcia includes a final reflection that states that the situation object of consultation "can only be described as absolutely irregular, since the documentation submitted shows that the problem raised had its origin in a little diligent action of the municipal managers, either in the conception of the service contract itself, or during its execution, from which the consequences already analyzed have been derived, directly or indirectly ".

On the other hand, and on the procedure given in recent weeks to the matter, the councilor has expressed his disagreement that "reports and files are delivered only one day before the vote, bringing issues to the commissions without information and documentation necessary to be able to make decisions ".

Morales has expressed that "once again this matter has been handled like so many others in this town hall: doing what they have wanted, as if this were their farm, without the slightest respect for the labor rights of workers or the transparency and good practices that should govern the management of the public, and then, when things have become difficult, they have been twisting the reality to the point of absurdly adapting it to the situation created and to cover their farm policy ".

The spokeswoman of Now Murcia has finally expressed that "it is urgent to solve the situation of the workers, we of course, we will not put obstacles, but they can not ask us to be accomplices of their excesses. Sorry, but we will not assume their bad practices and their mistakes, you have the responsibility, assume it. "
