ADIF spends almost 7,000 euros in advertising brochures about its project of arrival of the AVE to Murcia (11/11/2017)

The Administrator of Railway Infrastructures (ADIF) spent the past 7 and 8 October a total of 6,813 euros in the design, printing and distribution of 30,000 color brochures in which he explained his project for the arrival of the AVE to Murcia under the title " # Real underground ".

This has been known Murcia Change through its member in the municipal council of St. Pius X, John David Babyack, who asked about this matter in the Portal of Transparency of the Government of Spain and today has received a reply signed by the president of ADIF , Juan Bravo.

The answer details that the expense for design, layout, coordination, implementation of the infographic and photomechanics was 1,200 euros, while printing, in A2 format and folded in four, reached 3,093 euros.

To this is added the advertising insert, whose cost amounted to 2,520 euros, which gives a total result of 6,813.

Regarding the budget items to which these concepts were charged, "ADIF's Communications and Corporate Management Department" clarifies that it does not have an allocation for this in particular, "so the amount of the inserts was charged to the general budget of the aforementioned Directorate ".

"It is very significant that ADIF has spent about 7,000 euros to deceive the residents of Murcia with promises of an underground AVE, when the reality is that we will meet for years with a wall over 5 meters high dividing our city and that will close the level crossings, "said Babyack.
