"Role-play for learning life skills: learning to be" is the title of a course at the International University of the Sea-Campus Mare Nostrum to be held in the municipality of Los Alcázares from 11 to 15 September.
The activity tries to show the value of didactics of dramatization in the classroom in the development of the learning in competences for life, and to initiate in a training, from the educational and pedagogical resources that the dramatization contributes, in life competitions, focusing especially on learning to be.
Dramatization is an art-inspired educational practice that provides opportunities to develop life skills.
In the words of its director, María Teresa Caro Valverde, from the Department of Didactics of Language and Literature at the University of Murcia, the course is like "a journey in which we throw into the suitcase concepts like dramatization, theater, improvisation and we mix to land in a place called Pedagogy of the situation ".
According to Caro, during the activity, three basic ingredients are going to be shuffled: laughter, play and emotions, so that "when we return home after this pedagogic-creative vacation we will arrive loaded with relaxation, joy, creativity, of love, of empathy and of motivation, "and" what is more important, "he adds," with the ability to cope with any unforeseen situation that we are going to present throughout our lives. "
The course lasts for 25 hours and those who enroll will be entitled to 2'5 Free Setup Credits or a CRAU Credit.
