The Municipal Board of Nonduermas, presided over by the socialist Carmen López, in collaboration with the Ermita Athletic Club of Burgos, has invited national athletes to the National Open that houses the hamlet on 17 September.
Likewise, the winners of the last five editions of this popular race have already confirmed their participation.
This year, the traditional Nonduermas popular race is celebrating its 25th anniversary and, to celebrate it, this edition receives the National Open award, so both the Municipal Board and the Athletics Club are turning to attract relevant people from the sporting world And to organize a complete program of activities, which will start on September 4.
In this sense, López explains that among the new features of this edition include the Healthy Fair of the Corridor, the parachute exhibition of LA PAPEA, act of honoring the Flag, Airborne Parachute Acrobat Patrol and a healthy ride to enjoy Of the circuit where the race runs.
Also, reports that the circuit is prepared for the participation of athletes who can compete in adapted wheelchairs.
Likewise, a children's edition of the race has also been organized, which will take place on 16 September.
The objective is that runners from all over the Region and the rest of Spain participate in this race, 10,660 meters, which will take place in open circuit and will score for the regional athletics championship.
