The Governing Board has approved this morning the conformity of the sports programming of the municipal centers Cabezo de Torres and Verdolay for this summer season and for the next course 2017/2018, which will offer almost 6,000 places for next year.
The Cabezo de Torres Sports Center has programmed a set of activities to promote sports practice also in summer and therefore offers a program for children within the FCC Aqualia summer school.
This summer school will be held in the mornings from 9.00 to 14.00 hours for children from 3 to 12 years, and this year will be extended until the first week of August.
Each week has up to 80 seats divided into five groups, according to the age of those who have registered.
In this summer school there will be swimming courses, water games, team and team sports, racket games, crafts, coordination and balance exercises and workshops on different themes.
In addition, in the afternoons there will be swimming courses, suitable for different audiences such as children, adults and seniors, paddle tennis and a program for subscribers such as pilates, aquagym or yoga.
On the other hand, the Verdolay Sports Center located in La Alberca offers this summer 610 places for children between 3 and 12 years old, and for the intensive swimming courses that will end on September 2, in order to meet the needs of sports and leisure Of the children of the area.
The schedule of this summer school is from 9.00 to 14.00 and has a nursery.
The program will be carried out weekly, with a total of 11 weeks, and sports activities, games, crafts and swimming will be carried out, among others.
For the next course 2017/2018 in the Municipal Sports Center of Cabezo de Torres will be offered 900 places for different modalities and you can enjoy different types of fertilizer: general allowance, family, retiree, tomorrow's payment, In the afternoon, young man (from 16 to 25 years old), the payment of company and the disabled.
There are also courses for children such as swimming, dance classes or Taekwondo with 1,659 places for this, while for adults, 285 places are offered for these disciplines.

In the Verdolay Sports Center there will be a general and family allowance, a morning payment, a water bottle for the mornings, a general water bottle, a junior allowance, a retired pension and a special allowance for the disabled.
It will have 1,100 places for the general and family allowance, and 1995 places for the rest of fertilizers such as swimming courses or paddle courses (both children and adults), among others.
For the next course, in this center, activities such as zumba, Fitness, TRX, Cross Training, etc. are repeated.
