The Department of Youth and Development Cooperation, led by Rebeca Pérez, continues with its commitment to help the neediest, and as a result has decided to grant two grants worth a total of 20,000 euros to be invested in Peru.

The granting of these subsidies was informed at the meeting held on 28 April by the Council for Cooperation and Solidarity and the projects will be used to procure materials for the improvement of water storage, buckets with lid and supplies for the Chlorination of the same, warm clothing, as well as accompaniment to the affected population in the process of social reconstruction, which will carry out Murcia Acoge in rural areas of Pueblo Nuevo (Chepen).
On the other hand, the Solidarity Responses Association in the region of Piura will be used for food aid, drinking water for the victims, insecticides and fumigation of areas, medicines, mosquito nets, nets, long clothing to avoid stings and Performance in the most damaged area.
