The orange formation requires the Murcia Consistory to comply with the Law and to respond to the obligations contracted with women workers in the irregular situation that apparently have been dismissed improperly

Citizens have maintained this morning a meeting with the workers of the Statistics service who have denounced the Murcia City Council for illegal cession of workers ..

This complaint, as reported by the workers, was filed last February, a few months before her dismissal, which took place this May 17, this being her last day of work in the outsourced Statistics Service, whose privatization began in the year 2008. Since then, these workers have performed their functions in municipal facilities, without the contractor having paid water, electricity, cleaning, or assumed the expenses of a company that was awarded a service without having the infrastructure Necessary to provide it.

A situation that Citizens denounced before the Labor Inspectorate in June 2016 for a possible illegal assignment of workers in the privatized enumeration service.

"Months later, last February, the Labor Inspectorate gave us the reason and imposed a sanction to the City Council in confirming that there had been an illegal assignment of workers in the service, which demonstrated malpractice and irregularities committed to it. During these years by the PP ", said the spokesman of Cs, Mario Gómez.

It was thanks to the complaint of Cs and subsequent sanction imposed by the Inspection which motivated the workers to formalize the complaint, both to the City Council and to the company, for illegal assignment of workers.

"We feel strong to denounce because we have the right to our job, we are not asking for anything that we do not deserve, the law says, the unjust situation has caused the local administration and we are the victims of their bad performance," The workers have informed the Citizens group during the meeting.

To conclude, the spokesman for the orange training recalled that "we are waiting for the Labor Inspectorate to rule on the complaint that we filed last April warning about the possible illegal transfer of workers in more than a dozen services Awarded municipalities ".
