Today, the Electronic Headquarters of the City of Murcia and the electronic Administration platform, offers citizens, public employees and members of the Municipal Corporation, a catalog of services consisting of:

• A set of 180 procedures identified, for which 60 have a specific procedure for online processing and the rest offer online processing by opening a generic administrative procedure, covering the entire life cycle of the processing, from its electronic submission , To online notification, through rectification, allegations and appeals, through Headquarters.

These procedures are distributed in 12 areas of interest, among which special mention should be made of those that require greater presence and interaction with the City, such as tax procedures and citizen information, thus saving time for citizens And cost of face-to-face care for the Consistory

• An online search of procedures that allows the instantaneous localization and identification of the procedures of interest and their requirements

• An area of ​​outstanding procedures, which allows instant access to procedures of greater citizen interest at any time

• An Electronic Edict Board with a specific procedure for the online request of the publications and that automates the whole process of publication in the edictal board

• An electronic procedure created specifically for the request for access to Public Information

• An electronic online document verification service, which avoids the traditional bureaucracy, allowing users of the service to verify all documentation generated by the City in an agile, reliable and not subject to schedules or geographical locations

• A citizen's folder, where you can permanently consult the status of all the processes in real time, and access to all the documentation presented, notifications, resolutions and requirements, with all the documentation associated with them available online, constituting this folder a repository Ordered and permanently available of all the documentation exchanged between the Town Hall and the citizens

• An online notification area where the citizen and the interested parties receive notifications regarding resolutions, communications and requirements, both of the procedures initiated online at the request of the party, as well as those initiated in person or on-the-job.

To this end, the citizen will have authorized (optionally) the use of this channel and, in the case of legal persons, will be done by this means, as required by Law 39/2015

• Universal access through an electronic certificate, which allows the identification, authorization and signature of all natural and legal persons, with the most common electronic certificates, such as the DNI, the certificates issued by the Technology Agency and Electronic Certification of the Generalitat Valenciana and, in general, all those certificates recognized in the platform @Firma of the Ministry of Finance and Public Administrations.

Regardless of whether the members of the Municipal Corporation are provided with a specific electronic certificate, they have access to the citizen's folder and, in general, to all the services of the Electronic Headquarters, through the use of any of the electronic certificates Mentioned above, without distinguishing the status of citizen from that of member of the municipal corporation, participating in the specific procedures that affect them (for example, calls and minutes of the Plenary) as interested parties.
