The Board of Governors has greenlit an amount of 8,000 euros to help and assist people with hemophilia and 116 relatives, through a collaboration agreement between the city of Murcia and the Murcia Regional Hemophilia Association.
This grant, awarded through the Department of Social Rights, headed Conchita Ruiz Caballero, will develop different intervention projects within the Annual Work Plan of the Association.
The projects are, among others, psycho-social service and internal and external management of the Association intervention;
prevention and improved joint function in Haemophilia;
maintenance of office;
realization of the XXVII Hemophilia Training sessions aimed at children between 8 and 12 years and training and promotion of young volunteers.
The municipality of Murcia intends, with this action, help people affected in solving their specific problems of health care, education, counseling, vocational training and employment and to encourage and promote awareness on the part of society, agencies and institutions affected people with deficiencies of factors other anti hemophiliacs clotting problems.
