Professors at the University of Murcia (UMU) have published a study on the property market in Spain in the International Journal of Geography "The Geographical Journal", one of the world leaders in this field.
The study deals with analyzing the situation of the sector in the different Spanish communities, with the peculiarities of each.
The paper analyzes first stage of the housing boom and the situation that occurred after as a result of the economic crisis, which had much impact on the market.
The study also refers to what are considered saturated markets and those others who have minor difficulties.
The report shows that there are different realities depending on the region of Spain concerned that even these differences occur even within the communities themselves.
The study authors are professors of the University of Murcia José María Serrano and Ramón García, along with David Lagar.
