The procedures of the Electronic Office are grouped into eight functional areas: Overview and roll;

Social services;

Planning and Environment;

Each procedure shows three levels of processing are as Citizen information, download forms and Electronic Processing.

The project is structured into three milestones for effective implementation of the Electronic Office and a total of 24 procedures in Murcia can be made from any computer, smartphone or tablet.
