Guillen "We are committed to improving service to Murcia through continuous training of municipal civil servants".
The Department of Administration Modernization, Urban Quality and Participation, has offered since March a total of 56 courses
The City of Murcia, through the Department of Administration Modernization, Urban Quality and Participation, made since March this year a total of 56 editions corresponding to ten different actions, in order to continue training the municipal staff.
Thus, in these courses Municipal Training Plan involved a total of 992 public employees, of which 662 are men and 330 women.
Although in principle they would offer 44 shares, this is an open and flexible plan, and finally, on demand, service requirements or for other reasons as adaptations of the job, changing legislation and adaptation to new management programs work 56 actions are scheduled.
Of those training activities almost 30% are shares whose training modality is online or blended learning, in order to allow flexibility and adaptation to the needs of students, providing training and removing barriers that limit in classroom training, to reconcile work and family life.
The training areas that comprise the Training Plan 2016, are training in information and communications technology;
the Legal-Procedimiental;
Skills, Communication and Citizen;
Training in Occupational Health and Safety and the largest area that is the Technical and Specialized, training in which response is given to the training needs of the various municipal services and various professional qualifications.
Councilman Modernization, Jose Guillen, explained that "the objective of this training plan is to improve the care that the City provides to the residents and the quality and efficiency of public services, through continuous improvement of all people working in the service of Murcia on our council. "
