The PSOE requires Guillen to explain the change of times some offices to the citizen and the closure of others in districts (26/04/2016)

Councilman Municipal Socialist Group, Juan Vicente Larrosa, denounced Tuesday the lack of seriousness of Councilman Jose Guillen who, after a fortnight requested information has not yet responded to why they have changed times and even closed some of the citizen service offices in the districts.

"Some offices opened, for example, three days in the morning, now open two days in the afternoon. This sudden change of schedule and the closure of some of these points of attention are detrimental not only to users who have their place in these offices nearest local care but also for officials who offer this service outside regular hours and without application of the Special Availability and Special Dedication your task requires, "said Larrosa.

The Socialist Group has tabled a motion to be debated on Thursday in the municipal plenary, urging the responsible to explain why these changes and to convene a negotiating table in the coming days councilman, to address the Special Availability & Special Dedication of officials.

Regarding the latter, Larrosa recalled that in January the House passed a motion of the PSOE urging the council to enable the working day under a Special Dedication for services that officials provide after hours of City Hall in neighborhoods and districts, "motion to which, for the moment, has not been fulfilled. "

The PSOE mayor lamented that the government team Crossbow "look much care offices in the capital and little or nothing to those of the districts" and has joined the call of unions on the List of Posts work: "It is necessary to carry out the RPT, in order to reorganize the duties of officials and provide better service to the citizens of Murcia, in the center, in the neighborhoods and districts."

For this reason, the Socialist Group, also requested in his motion that the rotation of jobs speedier for the reorganization of services can be done quickly and effectively "always looking for providing citizens with a quality service both in the city and in the districts ".

"Ultimately, what we want is that, when providing the service to citizens in districts, the needs and demands of the residents and regular users of this service are prioritized and, of course, that schedules are respected and tasks of officials ", he concluded.
