Genoa Financial Club of Madrid hosted last night's ceremony awards the Professional Association of Collegiate Investment Advisors, Finance and Judicial Experts (IDA).
One of the winners was José Luis Mendoza, president of the Catholic University of Murcia, who was distinguished for his career in the dedication and innovation of university teaching and sport.
The awards were presented by Jordi Paniello, president of IDA, and Ricardo Martinez, president of Honor.
Among the winners also include Angel Maria Villar, president of the Royal Spanish Football Federation;
Susana Ollero, president of the Foundation I care;
The Foundation helps the needs of Solidarity (Faans), whose award picked up the TV presenter Irma Soriano, or the Latin Chamber of Commerce.
José Luis Mendoza thanked this recognition "fruit of the work carried out with the University, not only giving excellent training, but forming values," he said, and recalled that the institution started out 20 years ago with 680 students, and today has 17 thousand, and 2300 workers.
"This has generated business growth throughout the area and good for Murcia. We have enhanced much technological innovation and quality research, and also sport," he said.
