The neighborhood of the Holy Spirit Espinardo show the best works of virtual reality (29/02/2016)

The association Medialab Holy Spirit, promotes Murcia VR Award, one of the first awards of virtual reality in Spain |

The neighborhood of the Holy Spirit will host an innovative festival.

On 20, 21 and 22 of next April will be held the first Transmedia Festival where the best works of virtual reality show.

The purpose of this festival is to present current creative trends and business models of technology and digital creation.

In this first edition of the event will have two distinct sections: the day App Date Murcia, which seeks to inspire and raise concerns about the venture with mobile applications and help understand the business opportunities they offer;

and Murcia VR Award for Best Spanish immersive experience.

To Murcia will arrive experts from Costa Rica, since last year Medialab Holy Spirit worked in the capital San José with the completion of Cola Blanca Festival, and Brazil, a country in which there is constant interaction between public universities and businesses communication.

This award is part of TransMedia Holy Spirit Festival, organized in collaboration between the city of Murcia and MediaLab Holy Spirit, an organization dedicated to training, prospecting and dissemination of business models in the field of motion picture event.

So, today opens the deadline to participate in the Murcia VR Award, which award prizes of 5,000 euros the best experience of virtual reality in Spanish.

Medialab Holy Spirit, is supported by The App Date for the organization of the prize that seeks to create a benchmark for quality and innovation in the field of virtual reality in Spain, a technological phenomenon in full regalia.

The competition is open to creators and producers around the world to upload their experience in Spanish until April 8 to murciavr@theappdate.com

In its submission must include appropriate links to videos in 360 markets or if this experience is an app.

Murcia VR is open to all those experiences (videos, applications, etc.) developed to be consumed from any device: smartphone, cardboards, Samsung Gear VR, Oculus Rift ...

A jury composed of experts from The App Date and Medialab Holy Spirit will choose the winner content between all proposals received based on the following criteria: immersion level, level of social interaction, image quality, innovation, accessibility and GUI user, sound and usability.
