Municipal Councillor of the Socialist Group, Susana Hernandez will defend tomorrow in the municipal plenary that the mayor José Ballesta, immediately, send a letter of presentation of the 29 councilors of the Corporation to all senior centers, which collect the right and obligation of all councilors to see first hand both municipal facilities as the problems and concerns of the users.
"With this initiative, we want to denounce the situation that we are finding in some city centers, mainly in senior centers," says the mayor.
"After making an appointment by opposition groups to visit the facilities and see first hand the concerns of the residents of our town, receiving calls from the City Council to remind them before our visits in these centers can not perform acts political, issue which we find unacceptable, to try to prevent her councilors and the councilors of the opposition do their job. "
The request of the Socialist Group of the letter is to be extended to all the associations and organizations that make use of city-owned spaces or provided with financial grants of the City Council.
"It is surprising that at this point we have to be demanding minimum standards of democratic behavior Ballesta Mayor and other councilors of the Popular Party," concluded the Socialist councilor.
