The PSOE complaint with the National Police harassment by banners and leaflets suffered by the Socialist spokesman in Nonduermas (23/02/2016)

The PSOE spokesman in the Municipality of Nonduermas, Carmen Lopez, presented on Tuesday a complaint at the police station of the National Police in El Carmen in reference to placing illegal banners and distributing leaflets against the Socialist Party and against it same in the village.

Lopez was accompanied at all times by Council Enrique Ayuso, Municipal Socialist Group, and Mario Gomez of Citizens, who have shown their support for the Socialist spokesman.

"This complaint is encouraged by the inaction of Ballesta and his team, who have not lifted a finger to order the removal of an undemocratic and illegal banner, placed side by side of the road and tied two power poles" He explained Ayuso, who added that "the passivity of Ballesta and councilman Jose Guillen have managed just that those who have put up these posters and leaflets have been distributed by Nonduermas, feel immune and have chosen to place two banners in the last hours ".

PSOE Councillor for the banners and leaflets inciting people Nonduermas not allow the censure motion "are an insult to democracy and seek confrontation and social unrest" and regretted "the aggressiveness that emerges from actions as these and the inaction of the PP in La Glorieta to these actions as shameful ".

Ayuso recalled that on Monday as Carmen Lopez and himself attended to the media on the first banner placed, the headman Isidro Zapata turned to watch 20 meters away and take pictures or record the spokesman and councilor: "It is a coercive attitude may allow Ballesta but certainly we will not consent.
