[UMU professor Francisco Javier Rodrï¿½guez Lozano, winner of the National Academy of Medicine for his research in Pediatric Dentistry (14/01/2021)

The Royal National Academy of Medicine of Spain has decided to award the Dr.

Juan Pedro Moreno Gonzï¿½lez 2020 award to the professor at the University of Murcia Francisco Javier Rodrï¿½guez Lozano.

This award recognizes the best research in the field of Pediatric Dentistry in Spain.

Specifically, the research that has been recognized by the Royal National Academy of Medicine is entitled 'The biological effect of new bioactive materials for odontopedriotic use on dental pulp stem cells'.

Rodrï¿½guez Lozano is a professor at the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Murcia, in the department of Dermatology, Stomatology, Radiology and Physical Medicine.

In addition, he is director of the Master's Degree in Odonto-stomatology for Special Patients and Gerodontology and coordinator of the research group on teaching innovation in odontostomatology for people with special needs and gerontology.
