"The situation is truly alarming and we must do everything in our power to try to stop by all possible means that contagions by Covid-19 remit," declares the socialist spokesman, José Antonio Serrano.
He points out that "the data released a few hours ago tell us of 2,072 cases throughout the Autonomous Community, and Murcia being the largest municipality, capital of the Region, where almost 700 new infections have been registered, strong decisions are essential.
We have to assume our responsibility, it is the most prudent thing to do.
" Serrano recalls that the secretary general of the PSRM-PSOE, Diego Conesa, has asked the socialist municipalities of the Region to make the decision to suspend non-essential activity.
