The City Council installs Christmas decorations in more than 500 shops (30/11/2020)

| The decorations will be placed in downtown streets, as well as in neighborhoods such as Carmen, Vistalegre or Santa Eulalia.

The pots will be white, bright and of different types, sizes and shapes | The Councilor for Urban Development and Modernization of the Administration, José Guillén and the Councilor for Commerce, Markets and Public Roads, Juan Fernando Hernández, have visited the Carmen neighborhood, where they are distributing and installing flowerpots and illuminated Christmas decorations in support of the shops.It is an initiative of the Urban Development Department, through the Parks and Gardens Service, in collaboration with the trade federations and the associations of Santa Eulalia, El Carmen, Triángulo, Vistalegre and Platería y Trapería, through the Department of Commerce, Markets and Public Roads, to decorate the entrances to more than 400 shops in the city's neighborhoods with ornaments.The pots will be white and five different models, different sizes, shapes, with light and all will house poinsettias.

In addition, in the downtown area, 166 luminous pine trees with LED light will be installed. "Our establishments are an important part of the spirit of Christmas and for this we want to contribute from the town hall with a decorative element that serves to decorate its entrances and at the same time promote consumption in small businesses," says councilor José Guillén.The decorations will be installed in the neighborhoods of Santa Eulalia, el Carmen, Vistalegre and the center of the city.

It will be carried out in the shops that are attached to the merchants associations of said neighborhoods
