| "ceased as a result of her union activity" | At the beginning of September, the Director of the Infant School of Santiago El Mayor, a CCOO colleague who attends the General Negotiation Table for this union when matters of the Infant School Service are discussed, was dismissed from her position by the Head of the Service .It so happens that the only director who has been dismissed this academic year is the CCOO colleague who has been defending the interests of the EEII collective at the Negotiation Table by this Organization.
We firmly believe that the reason for the termination of this official as director is due to the fact that she has maintained a position different from that proposed by the Head of Service.From the SIME we cannot tolerate this type of conduct that attacks the fundamental right to freedom of association and collective bargaining and, in this sense, we request the immediate reinstatement of the worker to her position as Director and immediate termination of the Head of Nursery School Service.Likewise, we want to express our full support for the affected worker and the CCOO Union in the measures they adopt in defense of this worker and the right to Freedom of Association and collective bargaining.Union of Public Employees SIME
