Specifically, on March 12 - two days before the declaration of the state of alarm - the City Council prepared the Protocol for the application of the incorporation of municipal employees to Telework and the installation manual of technological tools, in order to adapt the workstations and configure the equipment.Almost 90% of the employees who carry out procedures are registered in the Telework SystemThe first discharges to the Telework system were registered on March 16 and today they reach 1,281 - a number registered on Monday, May 18 -.In this context, almost 90% of municipal workers who perform administrative tasks are registered in the Telework System and have the tools of this system.

It must be remembered that hundreds of municipal employees of the services considered essential have continued to work in person (Police, Cleaning, Fire, etc.).95% of the procedures have been managed electronicallyThe City Council has received 95% of the administrative procedures by electronic entry registration (a total of 14,109), while 5% (574 procedures) have been received on paper by postal mail.Between March 16 and May 18, a daily average of 200 electronic files have been created on the electronic administration platform.

In addition, a total of 60,315 users have used the Electronic Office of the City Council.Likewise, 51,802 electronic documents have been generated, with an average of 809 documents per day, and 49,212 electronic signatures of administrative documents have been made, with a daily average of 769 signatures.More than 145,000 users have accessed the City Council portalFrom Monday, March 16 - the first Monday after the declaration of the state of alarm - until May 11, a total of 145,729 users have accessed the City Council website (www.murcia.es).

During the period of confinement, more than 2,300 users have been registered on average per day, reaching peaks of more than 5,000 users.From Monday, April 13, traffic shoots up, being this much higher in the last 5 weeks compared to the previous period –from Monday, January 12 to March 15–, reaching an increase of 50% in the number of users during the last month.Among the most visited content, the City Council page with information regarding the coronavirus stands out, with more than 41,000 visits.121 video conferencesSince the declaration of the state of alarm, a total of 121 have been held by institutional videoconferences, in which 471 people have participated, representing a total of 78 hours of videoconference (4,670 minutes).Among the sessions held, the meetings with the Government of Spain, the Autonomous Community, the Federation of Municipalities and the Presidents of Municipal Boards, the Plenary sessions, as well as the Government Boards, Contract Tables, civil weddings, etc.

Street Cleaning, Local Police, Traffic, Public Lighting, Parks and Gardens, Works and Health are the most repeated topics in citizen consultations.More than 250 protective partitionsThe Consistory is installing protective screens in the posts for personal attention to the citizen, which have already been enabled in the municipal buildings of Abenarabi, Plaza de Europa and Puerta Nueva, as well as in La Glorieta.In total, about 250 protective partitions will be installed, distributed in the central services and in the Citizen Attention offices located in districts.

The offices of attention to the residents of the municipal Board presidents will also have this protection.Also, the City Council is supplied hydrogel in all municipal buildings with the dispensers facility.

Currently, 150 liters / week of hydrogel are being supplied to Plazas y Mercados services.

In this context, the City Council will acquire 3,000 liters of hydrogel to meet the needs of the coming months.More than 100,000 masksEl Ayuntamiento, que ha proporcionado a todos los trabajadores equipos de protección individual –compuestos por mascarillas, guantes y geles hidroalcohólicos–, cuenta con una provisión de más de 100.000 mascarillas que se repartirán entre los empleados públicos durante los próximos meses, en función de las necesidades.
