"We think it is essential that the City Council collect and transfer to the Ministry of Education the needs expressed by families and teaching teams, to meet a service that, without being a municipal competence, is closely linked to the daily life of neighbors of the municipality ", declares Manuela à ‰ cija, who emphasizes that the lack of action of the regional government has consolidated the situation of lack of school places in a newly created neighborhood.
The last planned municipal action is the construction of three new public car parks in the area, when the priorities of the resident families point to the school service.
"By the decision of Ballesta, it seems that the need for this area of ​​Murcia is to park the vehicle. We would like to see the mayor reclaim public school places for his neighbors."
For his part, Martínez rejects Murcia returning to the times of "urbanism with its back to public services, an object only for private profit and not for the city that makes life easier for people."
