The Employment Guidance and Information Center of the University of Murcia (COIE) held a technical session on employability with Murcia entrepreneurs and managers on Wednesday at an event organized by the Regional Federation of Organizations and Transport Companies of Murcia (FROET) and the COIE.
The purpose of the meeting has been to inform the businesswomen and executives participating in the free services that are carried out entirely online - that the COIE offers to the companies, as well as the benefits that they can have when signing a cooperation agreement Education with the UMU, among them, host university students in internships, learn about the different professional profiles that make up their training offer or use the personnel selection service for graduates through the Placement Agency.
Attitude, professional competences and the combination of theory and practice are, in the words of the attendees, the most valued aspects when it comes to welcoming students in internships in their companies, which they consider the main source of recruitment of qualified personnel for future.
