The remodeling project will affect the streets Raimundo de los Reyes, San Antonio, Rambla, Mariano Vergara, Journalist Nicolás Ortega Pagá, Joaquín Costa and Cánovas del Castillo, all of them in the surroundings of Santa Eulalia, urban center of Murcia, maintaining the current aesthetics and design of the square.
The works to tender in these streets will consist of the resurfacing and painting of the surface of the road, whose final object is the repair of the rolling layer affected by the degradation, reinforcement of the structure of the whole as a whole, as well as the renovation and expansion of existing sidewalks.
The action to be carried out also aims to replace the current pavement with a continuous pavement of better mechanical characteristics, so that the maintenance costs of the road are significantly reduced.
This project involves an investment of 273,379 euros and a completion period of 5 months with a one year guarantee from its receipt.
On the other hand, the project includes in its tender special conditions of execution in social and environmental matters.
Having the winner the commitment to employ people at risk of social exclusion, women victims of gender violence and long-term unemployed, among others.
